How I reinvented myself

The power of discovering your brain

My journey with MS became the catalyst for transformation. It challenged me to redefine health, success, and energy on my own terms. All my thoughts about my professional career had changed. It was a life-changer. Not just a challenge, but an invitation to reinvent myself with purpose and strength. A life-changer doesn’t just improve your life – it transforms your mindset, energy, and direction. 🚀

I had to rethink everything: how I move, rest, work, and live with intention. In that process, I discovered what vitality really means – not endless energy, but the ability to stay connected to yourself in every season of life.

Rewire, recharge, reinvent

I started a brain-based coaching accreditation 🧠.  I found that was very interested in neuroscience. The training taught me a lot to become a brain coach, focussed on vitality and behavior. Rewire. Recharge. Reinvent. That’s brain-based coaching. Understanding how my brain I can work with it – not against it – to build healthy habits and achieve my goals. Your brain is wired to protect you – but you can train it to empower you. It’s not the trigger, it’s the response that shapes your path.

I could never think that I will achieve this state of mind: its not what happen to you, it how you react.

Life isn’t about what happens to us — it’s about the meaning we give it and how we choose to grow from it.

Reinventing myself as a vitality coach allowed me to integrate my lived experience, my training, and my passion into one purpose: helping others feel more alive, more resilient, and more connected to themselves – no matter what life throws at them.

Living with MS has taught me the importance of understanding the brain’s role in healing, energy, and emotional strength – which is why I’ve embraced brain-based coaching to guide others toward vitality and balance.

Now I support others do the same. This isn’t about perfection – it’s about presence, alignment, and self-leadership. I turned my challenges into tools, and my healing into a mission.
